Our Staff
- is fully screened (i.e. checked from prior employment), finger-printed, TB-tested and CPR Certified. They are required to provide five (5) verifiable references. You will be provided with copies of these documents. If you feel that this is NOT enough, you may request for a full criminal and background check with the employee's athorization.
Our Process
- An initial assessment is done with our representative over the phone.
- Our Case Manager will meet with your for a full assessment in your home or the hospital for free.
- During the in-home assessment you will also discuss about our contract, rates, and more of your concerns.
- We will set up an interview with the CAREgiver that matches your needs. You may request as much as three (3) interviews if you feel we have NOT found the best one for you.
- Once you have chosen the BEST CAREgiver, you will be requested to sign a contract with us.
- Periodic visitations will be done by the Case Manager to see if your needs are met and you receive the best care from your chosen CAREgiver.
